We provide architectural drawings for your construction project. From decks to entire homes and everything in between. We're happy to help you get your project started!
The process has two phases.
Phase 1
- After we receive the first deposit, our Associate Design Professional will arrive on site and record all necessary measurements of the pre-existing conditions.
- Basic Drawings will be created of the of the pre-existing conditions.
- Then a meeting by Zoom will be held to discuss any changes.
Phase 2
- Once we receive the second deposit, construction plans will be created for permits.
- Any/All revisions requested by the client are made to their 100% satisfaction.
- Plans are fully approved by the client
NO REFUNDS after a Design Professional visits the site.
Client responsible for county permit and court fees.
(Some of our clients build without permits, are fined by the county, and are sometimes taken to court. With their cooperation, we stand by them to resolve as much as we can.
Occasionally they'll hire a contractor who promises to get a permit. After they get paid, the Contractor gets lost, leaving the homeowner holding the county fine. We're there to help.
We are not permit expeditors. We provide the drawings and can advise how to proceed due to our experience.
